正业国际控股有限公司（03363.HK）3月16日晚间发布盈利警告称，经对未经审计管理账目进行初步审阅，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度，归属于公司拥有人之溢利约为人民币0.12亿元至0.16亿元，较2024年同期约0.364亿元的水平下滑约56%至67%。\n\n公司表示，利润下降主要源于以下因素：\n1. 纸制包装业务方面，尽管主要原材料原纸成本有所回落，但受贸易政策及关税不确定性的影响，原有家电客户订单减少；\n2. 为拓展包装新业务，本集团新增设备投入导致折旧费用上升，使纸制包装业务整体毛利率同比下降；\n3. 造纸业务毛利率虽有所提升，但不足以抵消纸制包装业务毛利下滑带来的冲击，致使集团整体毛利水平下滑。\n\n公司目前正编制2025财年年度业绩，相关数据尚未经公司核数师或审核委员会审核，最终结果可能有所调整。公司计划于2026年3月底前披露完整年度业绩报告。\n\n公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
