NT PHARMA (01011) announced the appointment of Ms. Li Yifang as (1) Company Secretary, (2) Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and (3) Agent for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law). The appointment takes effect from November 25, 2025.
