On June 4th, the lighting ceremony for the Micro-OLED silicon-based micro-display production line of Xi Tai Intelligent Technology was held at Yun Chuang Optoelectronics Industrial Park in the city. The municipal party secretary attended the event and announced the project's official launch, with other city leaders also present.

In his speech, the Chairman of Anhui Xi Tai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. noted that as the company's first Micro OLED production line, the project benefited from comprehensive support throughout the entire process, from signing to construction, equipment installation, and process debugging. He expressed a genuine appreciation for the convenience of the local business environment, which has further solidified the company's confidence and determination to establish deep roots locally and pursue growth. The company will actively integrate into and serve the local community, prioritizing the hiring of local talent, driving the agglomeration of supporting industries across the supply chain, and contributing to the local economy's high-quality development by helping build a semiconductor micro-display industrial cluster.

Following the ceremony, attendees visited the company's smart exhibition hall and the Micro-OLED production line workshop. They gained a detailed understanding of how the products empower VR/AR devices and their broad application prospects in fields such as medical and industrial sectors, experiencing firsthand the technological prowess of Xi Tai Intelligent.

Xi Tai Intelligent Technology (Hubei) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anhui Xi Tai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The company specializes in the R&D of Micro-OLED silicon-based micro-display technology, the manufacturing of display devices, and the production and sales of semiconductor devices and integrated circuits. The Xi Tai Intelligent Technology Micro-OLED project in the city represents a total investment of 2.7 billion yuan and will be constructed in two phases. The first phase involves building a new 8-inch silicon-based micro-display production line, while the second phase will establish a new 12-inch silicon-based micro-display production line.

As the first project in the region to utilize ASML lithography machines for chip manufacturing, it not only fills a gap in high-end display chip production within the province but has also gained access to the international market through orders from leading industry clients. This project is driving the agglomeration of upstream and downstream industries in the supply chain, injecting new momentum into the province's goal of building a trillion-yuan-level industrial cluster encompassing optoelectronics, integrated circuits, displays, terminals, and networks.
