本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数维持在234,371,051股，其中已发行股份数为228,109,151股，库存股份数为6,261,900股。根据此前于2026年5月12日通过的购回授权，公司可购回股份总数为22,911,655股。在本交易所或其他证券交易所购回的股份累计已达到1,007,400股，约占购回授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数的0.4397%。
公司在公告中表示，本次回购已遵守香港联交所主板上市规则及其他相关法律规定。公告由联席公司秘书于鹏签署。
