HKEX to Delist AIDIGONG on 13 October 2026 After Extended Trading Suspension

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited’s subsidiary, The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, will cancel the listing of Aidigong Maternal & Child Health Limited (AIDIGONG) at 9:00 a.m. on 13 October 2026 under Listing Rule 6.01A(1). Trading in AIDIGONG shares has been suspended since 21 February 2025, and the company did not satisfy the Exchange’s resumption guidance or restart trading by the 20 August 2026 deadline.

On 25 September 2026, the Listing Committee resolved to proceed with delisting. The Exchange has instructed AIDIGONG to issue a public statement regarding the cancellation and advised shareholders to seek professional advice on the implications. The announcement was released in Hong Kong on 8 October 2026.
