网易云音乐股份有限公司（09899）于2026年4月8日向香港联交所提交翌日披露报表，宣布当日于场内回购股份111,050股，约占回购前公司已发行股本的0.05186%。每股回购价格介乎131.9港元至137港元，合计支出14,996,824.99港元（约1,499.68万港元）。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）变更为214,021,566股，库藏股数增至3,894,550股，合计217,916,116股。此前，股东大会于2025年6月25日通过购回授权，公司可根据该授权最多回购21,739,953股，截至目前已于交易所合计回购3,563,000股。
公司于公告中确认，本次股份回购已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书黄慧儿签署。
