IFBH（股票代码：06603）公告披露，董事会已获授权在股东周年大会通过决议后，于授权期间内最多回购该公司已发行股份总数（不包括库存股份）的10%。截至公告所示基准日，IFBH已发行股份总数为约2.64778亿股（不含已回购库存股份），按此计算，回购上限约为2647.78万股。
公司表示，购回所需资金将来自依法可动用的公司内部资源，并遵守香港上市规则及新加坡法等适用法律。董事会认为，此项股份购回计划有助于提升股东回报及优化资本结构，符合公司及股东的最佳利益。
根据历史交易记录，IFBH自2025年6月底于香港上市以来，最高股价曾达48.80港元，最低价格为10.30港元。有关授权将在股东周年大会审议后生效，后续具体回购安排还须视市场情况及公司资金状况而定。公司亦将于2026年4月29日召开股东周年大会审议相关授权事项。
