2026年5月13日，有赞科技有限公司（06051）发布公告称，当日以购回授权在香港联交所场内回购普通股2,900万股，约占本次交易前已发行股本（不包括库藏股）总数的0.0894%。每股回购价介乎每股0.113港元至0.118港元，总耗资约331.54万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）变为32,417,140,375股，库藏股总数上升至561,168,377股，合计股本数为32,978,308,752股。公司购回授权的决议于2025年5月27日通过，根据该项授权，可回购股份总数为3,258,224,437股，迄今于各交易所已回购股份合计165,104,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.5067%。
公司确认上述回购行为符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法例的要求。本公告由联席公司秘书韩霞签署。
