协鑫科技（03800）于2026年6月26日公告，公司7月26日前在香港联交所场内回购普通股79,000,000股，约占回购前已发行股本（不包括库存股份）的0.2416%。本次回购价格介乎每股0.67港元至0.68港元，合计耗资约5,329.92万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数仍为33,216,469,973股，其中已发行股份（不包括库存股份）为32,615,082,973股，库存股份数为601,387,000股。回购授权于2026年5月29日通过，授权回购股份的总数为3,321,646,997股，截至本次回购，已在交易所或其他证券交易所合计回购股份601,387,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本（不包括库存股份）的1.8105%。
公司表示，本次回购经董事会正式授权并遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》和相关法律法规的要求。公告由董事杨文忠签署。
