On 18 September 2026, Brii Biosciences Limited (Brii Bio) announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (http://www.briibio.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (http://www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who prefer hard copies can obtain them by completing the accompanying Request Form and mailing it to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A pre-paid mailing label is provided for local postage.

Returning the Request Form will establish a standing instruction for printed versions of all future corporate communications from Brii Bio unless shareholders later advise otherwise or cease to hold shares.
