嘉兴燃气(09908)于2026年6月5日举行股东周年大会，表决通过了截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息派发方案。公司将向2026年6月16日（星期二）名列股东名册的股东，派付末期股息每股人民币0.25元（含税），股息总额约3446.11万元（含税）。
本次末期股息以人民币计价，内资股以人民币支付，H股则按宣派股息日（即股东周年大会当日）前一周中国人民银行公布的平均中间价（人民币0.870094元兑1.00港元）折算为港元支付，折合每股H股派息约0.2873港元（含税）。预计派息日为2026年7月3日（星期五）。
对于H股股东，公司将根据相关税务法规及税收协定代扣代缴股息所得税。非居民企业股东按10%税率扣缴企业所得税；个人股东则视其税收居民身份及所在国与中国签订的协定税率而定，适用税率在10%至20%之间，公司将依照股东名册登记地址确定居民身份并代扣相应税款。股东如有异议或申请退还多扣税款，须于2026年6月11日或之前通知公司并提交证明文件。
