VITASOY INT'L (00345) announced its interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2025. Revenue stood at HK$3.227 billion, down 6% year-on-year, while gross profit declined 7% to HK$1.648 billion. Profit attributable to equity holders of the company rose 1% to HK$172 million. Basic earnings per share were 16.2 HK cents, with an interim dividend of 4 HK cents per share.
The company attributed the 6% revenue decline to challenging market conditions affecting its mainland China operations. Gross margin edged down to 51.1%, primarily due to increased trade promotion expenses and lower product pricing in mainland China. However, these impacts were partially offset by reduced raw material costs and improved production efficiency.
