OKP Holdings (5CF) clears all resolutions, declares final and special dividends at AGM

OKP Holdings Limited (5CF) said at its Apr, 28 2026 annual general meeting that shareholders approved every motion on the agenda, including the adoption of audited results for the year ended Dec, 31 2025 and two cash distributions.

Investors backed a final one-tier tax-exempt dividend of 0.007 Singapore dollars per share and a special one-tier tax-exempt dividend of 0.013 Singapore dollars per share, both payable on May, 26 2026.

Re-elections of directors Or Kim Peow, Or Kiam Meng and independent director Tay Peng Huat were endorsed. Shareholders also approved total directors’ fees of 0.13 million Singapore dollars for FY2026 and re-appointed CLA Global TS Public Accounting Corporation as external auditor.

Two mandates were renewed: one authorising the board to issue new shares of up to 50 % of issued capital (with a 20 % limit for non-pro-rata issues) and another permitting share buy-backs of up to 10 % of issued shares. In addition, the meeting authorised continued grants under the OKP Performance Share Scheme, capped at 15 % of issued shares.

The meeting concluded without further business.
