名创优品集团控股有限公司(09896)于2026年3月13日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司当日于香港联交所场内回购57,000股普通股，占回购前已发行股本约0.0046%。本次回购的每股最高及最低价格分别为33.66港元和33.40港元，合计耗资约188万港元。
公司指出，本次回购后其已发行股本维持1,237,564,177股，库藏股数为0。回购股份拟注销，暂不会导致已发行股本数额发生改变。公司回购授权于2025年6月12日经股东大会通过，可回购股份总数为124,122,899股，截至目前累计回购10,833,404股，占授权通过时已发行股份总数约0.872797%。
