OOH Holdings: June 2026 Monthly Return Shows Stable 7.20 Billion Authorised Shares, No Issued-Share Changes

OOH Holdings Limited (stock code 08091; “OOH Holdings”) has filed its monthly return of equity movements for the period ended 30 June 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX).

The filing confirms that authorised share capital remained unchanged at 7.20 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, translating to authorised capital of HKD 72.00 million.

Issued share capital also stayed flat: 720.00 million ordinary shares were in issue at both the beginning and end of the month, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. No share options were exercised, nor were any warrants, convertible securities, or other equity instruments outstanding or issued during the period. Consequently, no funds were raised in June 2026.

OOH Holdings confirmed compliance with the minimum 25% public-float requirement under GEM Rule 17.37D(1). The declaration was signed by Chairlady, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Ms. Chau Wai Chu Irene on 2 July 2026.
