Tencent Shareholders Approve Reappointment of PwC as Auditor

Tencent Holdings Limited (00700) announced the voting results of its 2026 Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday evening, May 13. The proposal to reappoint PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as the company's auditor was approved with an 81.222% vote in favor. According to the announcement, the total fees paid to PwC for the year 2025 amounted to RMB 230 million. This sum includes RMB 172 million for audit and review-related services and RMB 58 million for non-audit services. The total fees represent a 7.48% increase compared to the RMB 214 million paid to PwC in 2024.
