公告显示，本次回购基于公司于2026年5月22日通过的购回授权，该授权允许回购股数合计108,051,214股。此次回购的数量为542,000股，占当日获通过授权数量的约0.05016%。自本次回购后，剩余可回购股份数量为107,509,214股。
公司确认，本次行动已获董事会正式批准并遵守香港联交所《证券上市规则》及相关法律法规的要求。公告由董事王明凡签署。
