2026年6月5日，敏华控股有限公司（01999）发布翌日披露报表，宣布在香港联合交易所场内回购200万股普通股。回购价格介乎每股3.73港元至3.89港元，合计耗资约760.12万港元。上述回购股份占该公司现有已发行股本约0.05%。
公告显示，截至本次回购完成后，敏华控股的已发行股份数为3,878,083,200股，库藏股维持在零股。本次回购所涉股份尚未被注销。
公司此前已于2025年6月30日通过股份购回授权，可购回股份总数为387,808,320股。截至本次公告日，公司在香港联交所或其他证券交易所已购回合计32,132,000股，占授权日已发行股本的约0.83%。
公司表示，此次购回均遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书张贤签署。
