康健国际医疗(03886)发布公告，因股东周年大会日期由原定的2026年6月5日重新安排至6月18日，有关截至2025年12月31日止年度建议末期股息的暂停办理股份过户登记期间及记录日期亦随之调整。
公司表示，为厘定股东享有建议末期股息的权利，暂停办理股份过户登记的期间由原定的“2026年6月12日至6月17日”变更为“2026年6月26日至7月2日”，期间不会办理股份过户手续。记录日期相应由6月17日变更为7月2日。该建议末期股息须待股东于延期股东周年大会上批准后方可作实，并将派付予于2026年7月2日名列公司股东名册的股东。
为符合享有末期股息资格，所有股份过户文件连同相关股票，必须于2026年6月25日下午4时30分前一并送交公司香港股份过户登记分处卓佳证券登记有限公司，地址为香港夏慤道16号远东金融中心17楼。此次调整仅涉及派息时间表，末期股息金额等详细信息仍以4月29日发布的通函及通告为准。
