SUNNY OPTICAL (02382) announced that effective November 1, 2025, Mr. Ye Liaoning has resigned as Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, and Chairman of the Strategy and Development Committee. Mr. Wang Tanjiong has been appointed as Chairman of the Board and will transition from a Non-Executive Director to an Executive Director. Additionally, Mr. Wang has resigned as a member of the Nomination Committee and has been appointed as Chairman of the Strategy and Development Committee.
