北京首都国际机场股份有限公司（股票代码：00694）于2026年6月1日发布的月报表显示，截至2026年5月31日，公司已发行股本结构保持稳定，未发生新增发行、购回、注销或库藏股等变化。
公司注册股本合计人民币4,579,178,977元，分别由1,879,364,000股H股及2,699,814,977股内资股构成，二者的面值均为每股人民币1元。报告期内，H股与内资股均未发生增减变动，已发行股份数量及注册股本总额与上月底一致。
