According to operational data, Lijiang Sanyi International Airport set a new record on August 6th, with 265 flight takeoffs and landings and 40,243 passenger trips, both hitting all-time highs since the airport opened. Since the start of the summer travel season, the airport has maintained strong growth momentum. As of July 28th, the airport's annual passenger throughput exceeded 5 million, a year-on-year increase of 3.5%, reaching this key milestone 5 days earlier than last year.

Facing high passenger flow, the Lijiang Regional Airport Management Branch delivered a high-quality and efficient summer travel report. In terms of safety control, the airport built a "three-map" digital system, realizing a full-process data loop. The independently developed FOD intelligent control applet has been promoted to the entire industry. After the taxiway connection line renovation, the taxi-in time for aircraft was shortened by 1 minute and 23 seconds, and the number of conflict points on the apron decreased by 30%.

In terms of service quality, the airport created the "Harmonious Airport" brand, offering free barrier-free parking services for passengers with disabilities. The "Harmonious Medical Care" station handled 4,056 consultations in the first half of the year, with 494 emergency dispatches. Passenger complaint response time was compressed to within 5 minutes, with effective complaints down 30% year-on-year and written praise letters increasing by nearly 8 times. The airport participated in the compilation of the "Evaluation Standards for Integrated Aviation and Tourism Service Brands."

In terms of market expansion, the airport increased frequencies on trunk routes such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, and introduced tiered landing fee discounts and incremental incentive policies. It collaborated with OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) to conduct cross-provincial live broadcasts, achieving a single broadcast exposure of over 5 million times. It also launched the "One Boarding Pass to Tour Lijiang" initiative, creating a model of "aviation draws tourists, cultural tourism retains them."

On August 8th, the Lijiang Sanyi International Airport city terminal project was officially inaugurated, marking the full implementation of a new integrated air-ground transportation service model. This project, jointly developed by the Lijiang Regional Airport Management Branch and Lijiang Civil Aviation Blue Sky Travel Automotive Service Co., Ltd., aims to improve the city's aviation travel support system, break down service barriers between the city and the airport, shorten the time and distance between the city and the airport, and enhance passenger service quality. The newly launched city terminal leverages the airport express's comprehensive transportation network, integrating functions such as downtown check-in, dedicated shuttle bus connections, travel consultation, and cultural tourism convenience services. Passengers can complete check-in, business processing, and point-to-point seamless transfers in one stop in the city, achieving efficient and convenient travel. This service is suitable for various scenarios including tourism, daily commuting, and business travel, continuously optimizing the air-ground intermodal transport service system.
