2026年8月7日，迷策略（02440）发布盈利预警称，根据对集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计管理账目的初步审阅，预计期内将录得净亏损不少于人民币65百万元。上一财年同期，公司净亏损为人民币34百万元。
公司指出，亏损扩大主要源于以下两方面： 1. 按公平值计量资产的公平值亏损净额约人民币12.7百万元； 2. 行政开支增加约人民币17.5百万元，主要由于本期间发展若干新的收藏品相关业务。
迷策略表示，目前中期业绩仍在编制及确认过程中，相关数据未经核数师审阅或审核。公司计划最迟于2026年8月底前披露中期业绩公告。
