中国优然牧业集团有限公司（09858）7月28日发布正面盈利预告。公司根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经过审综合管理账目初步评估，预计期内实现归属于公司拥有人净利润约7.39亿元至约9.03亿元，而2025年中期则录得亏损约2.97亿元，实现由亏转盈。
公司称，业绩改善主要受以下因素带动： 1. 生物资产公平值减销售成本变动所致亏损减少，其中包括： i. 报告期内原料奶市场价格降幅收窄； ii. 淘汰牛价格持续上涨； iii. 持续降本增效，奶牛单产提升及饲料成本降低。
2. 核心业务经营表现持续改善： i. 原料奶业务受益于养殖效率提升带来的销量增长以及饲料成本下降； ii. 反刍动物养殖系统化解决方案业务通过产品迭代与业务结构优化，带动集团毛利额较2025年中期实现增长。
公司表示，相关业绩数据尚未经审计，将在2026年8月底前正式披露中期业绩。优然牧业提醒投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
