医脉通科技有限公司（股票代码：02192，主要于香港联交所上市）在最新公告中称，董事会计划在2026年5月15日召开的股东周年大会上寻求授予股份购回一般授权，规模最高可达已发行股本（不包括库存在内）的10%。
根据公告，医脉通目前合计已发行股份约7.40亿股，如获股东大会批准并全部行使回购授权，最多可购回约0.74亿股。公司方面表示，将根据开曼群岛公司法及香港上市规则开展相关购回交易，资金来源预计为公司自有流动资金或其他合法资金。
董事会指出，拟回购股份旨在增强股东回报、优化资本结构，并认为该举措符合公司及股东的整体利益。回购授权一旦通过，授权有效期将自股东大会决议通过之日起，直至下届股东周年大会结束或法律、规则所规定的期限届满为止。
另悉，本次股东周年大会将于2026年5月15日14时举行。医脉通同时提示，将于5月12日至5月15日暂停办理股份过户登记。在此期间，公司股东名单不予变更，相关日期安排以公告为准。
