On 15 May 2026, Weigang Environmental Technology Holding Group Limited (“Weigang Environmental Tech”) published new corporate communications on its website and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website.

The documents comprise: 1. A circular detailing (i) proposed amendments to the existing Articles of Association, (ii) the planned adoption of a new Articles of Association, and (iii) the notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). 2. The form of proxy for shareholders attending the EGM scheduled for Tuesday, 2 June 2026.

Shareholders can access the full English and Chinese versions in the “Investor” section of the company’s website (http://www.gzweigang.com) or via HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies are dispatched to investors who have previously opted for hard-copy materials.

The board encourages investors to register functional email addresses with Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, to receive future corporate communications electronically. Absent an effective email on record, the registrar will continue to issue physical notification letters and send all actionable corporate documents in hard-copy form.

Shareholders may alter their preferred language or method of receipt at any time by submitting the enclosed Change Request Form or by contacting Tricor Investor Services Limited. Unless revoked or superseded, requests for printed copies of future communications remain effective until 31 December 2026.
