小菜园国际控股有限公司（股票代码：00999）于香港联交所主板上市，董事会宣布，已获一般授权可在一年内回购不超过公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）10%的股份。根据公告披露，公司目前已发行股份数约为11.76亿股，回购规模最高可达1.18亿股。
董事会指出，回购资金将按照公司组织章程细则及开曼群岛公司法、上市规则等适用法律法规的要求，以合法来源拨付。公司认为回购行动能够在适当时机稳定股价、优化资本结构及提升股东回报。董事会并表示，该授权仅会在“符合公司及股东整体利益”原则下行使。
公告称，小菜园股份过去12个月最高价为每股13.02港元（2025年3月），最低价为每股7.44港元（截至2026年3月的部分时段）。根据公告，回购授权仍须待股东周年大会上正式通过，相关会议定于2026年4月20日举行，并将于2026年4月15日至2026年4月20日暂停办理股份过户。若获批准，公司可于集中的交易所市场按届时市况执行回购计划。
