港仔机器人（00370）于2026年6月1日披露2026年5月股份变动月报表。根据公告，至2026年5月31日止，公司法定股本与已发行股份均保持不变。
港仔机器人已发行普通股股份数维持为2,097,625,991股，库藏股数目始终为0股，总已发行股份数与上月相同，仍为2,097,625,991股。公司法定注册股本和每股面值保持不变，分别为25,000,000,000股和每股面值0.1港元，总额维持在2,500,000,000港元。期内无新增股份发行、购回或注销活动，也无新的公司股份期权、股权激励计划的授予或行使事项，因此总体股本结构稳定。
同时，公司确认截至2026年5月底已符合香港联交所主板上市规则要求的公众持股量标准。公司亦表示严格遵守香港联交所《上市规则》和相关法律法规的规定。
