Tianbao Energy Reports No Change in Share Capital for August 2026; Public Float Remains Compliant

Tianjin Tianbao Energy Co., Ltd. (Tianbao Energy) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer and Hong Kong Depositary Receipts for the period ended 31 August 2026.

• Stable share base: Issued H shares stood unchanged at 159.92 million, all fully paid ordinary shares with a par value of RMB 1 each. No treasury shares were held, purchased, or cancelled during the month.

• Authorised/registered capital: RMB 159.92 million, unchanged from the previous month.

• Capital structure: Following the completion of the H-Share “full circulation” programme on 29 July 2020, the company’s share capital continues to consist solely of H shares listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

• No equity-linked instruments: The company reported no outstanding or newly issued share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuing agreements.

• Regulatory compliance: Tianbao Energy confirmed that its public float exceeds the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement as at 31 August 2026 and that all listing rule obligations and regulatory filings remain in good standing.

The filing, submitted on 1 September 2026 by Executive Director Mao Yongming, indicates a stable capital structure with no equity dilution events during the reporting period.
