亲亲食品集团（开曼）股份有限公司（01583）于2025年12月22日发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日回购93,000股普通股。该回购占回购前已发行股本约0.0123%，每股价格介乎每股1.25港元至1.30港元，涉资约118,840港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本数目为753,816,557股，当日持作库藏股数量增至1,280,000股。此次回购根据2025年5月16日通过的购回授权进行，授权的购回上限为75,509,655股。截至公告日，公司已于包括香港联交所在内的交易所合计购回1,280,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.1695%。
公司表示，本次回购遵守香港联合交易所有限公司的上市规则。公告由执行董事兼公司秘书黄伟樑签署。
