据悉，美的置业在2024年实现营业收入37.3亿元，同比增长33%；保留业务归母核心净利润达5.0亿元，同比增长25%。公司毛利率提升至35.7%，同比提高1.3个百分点，显示出较强的盈利能力。这些数据表明，美的置业在剥离房地产开发业务后，其轻资产转型战略取得了实质性成效。
更令投资者感到鼓舞的是，美的置业管理层在业绩发布会上对公司未来发展前景表示乐观。公司预计2025年营收复合增长率将不低于25%，归母净利润复合增长率不低于20%。这一增长预期主要基于公司在物业管理、开发服务、资产运营及房地产科技等四大业务板块的良好表现。特别是在开发服务和物业管理方面，公司计划充分利用控股股东的资源优势，预计这两项业务在未来三年内将占公司总营收的70%左右。
此外，美的置业董事会主席郝恒乐表示，重组后的美的置业在战略上更加从容，将全面发力，轻重结合，充分发挥公司的品牌、资金和美的体系里产业的协同优势。公司计划用3年多的时间"再造一个新的美的置业"，这一宏伟目标进一步增强了市场对公司长期发展的信心。
