Yuzhou Group Holdings Company Limited (YUZHOU GP-NEW, 01628) has released a supplemental announcement to its 16 March 2026 profit warning, refining guidance for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

The Group now anticipates reporting profit attributable to owners of RMB23.40 billion to RMB25.40 billion for FY2025. Management attributes this turnaround to significant one-off Restructuring Gains and Remeasurement Gains booked during the period.

Adjusted for these non-recurring items, the underlying business is still expected to post a loss of approximately RMB9.20 billion to RMB11.20 billion. This represents an improvement from the RMB12.00 billion loss recorded in FY2024.

All other details disclosed in the original profit-warning announcement remain unchanged. The Board advises shareholders and potential investors to review the forthcoming annual results and exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
