ND PAPER (HKEX: 02689) has announced the signing of a loan agreement. The company, acting as borrower, has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of banks, who will act as lenders. The facility provides for a loan amounting to 2 billion Chinese yuan, with the funds to be made available in June 2026.
