First Shanghai Investments Limited released its 2026 Interim Report on 21 September 2026, making both the English and Chinese versions available on the HKEXnews website and the company’s own site under the “Investor Relations” section.
In line with Listing Rule 2.07, which expanded Hong Kong’s paper-less listing regime from 31 December 2023, the company confirmed that all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided electronically. Printed copies will no longer be issued unless individual shareholders expressly request them.
Registered shareholders who have already opted for hard-copy communications will receive the printed Interim Report in their chosen language. Other shareholders wishing to obtain a printed version, or those who encounter difficulties accessing the online documents, may request a hard copy free of charge through the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, via post or email.
Shareholders may indicate their future communication preferences by completing and returning the enclosed Reply Form or by emailing the registrar. New shareholders who do not respond by 20 October 2026 will be deemed to have consented to receive website versions only. Any hard-copy request will remain valid for one year or until replaced.
To ensure timely notification of new publications, the company recommends that shareholders provide a functional email address—either by scanning the personalised QR code on the Reply Form or by written submission. Failure to supply a working email address may result in missed publication alerts and default delivery of certain actionable communications in printed form.
