10月31日，大众公用绩后大涨逾8%！前三季度归母净利5.2亿元，同比增超2.05倍。
10月30日，大众公用发布2025年第三季度报告，截至2025年9月30日止9个月，该集团取得营业收入45.96亿元人民币，同比减少2.65%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润5.2亿元，同比增加205.14%；基本每股收益0.176元。
值得一提的是，近日，深圳市发布推动并购重组高质量发展行动方案，力争到2027年底，辖区上市公司质量全面提升，境内外上市公司总市值突破20万亿元，培育形成千亿级市值企业20家。并购重组市场量质齐升，累计完成并购项目超200单、交易总额超1000亿元，落地一批行业示范案例。据公开资料显示，大众公用早在2002年入股深圳市创新投资集团有限公司(简称“深创投”)成为其第二大股东。半年报显示，大众公用持有深创投10.80%股权。
