Latest Hong Kong Stock Exchange filings reveal that on December 5, a shareholder of ICONCULTURE (08500) transferred shares worth HK$8.08 million from Rison Hongtong Securities to Cheong Lee Securities, representing 8.13% of the company's holdings.

ICONCULTURE announced that the subscription agreement has lapsed and become void as the preconditions for the completion of the subscription were not fulfilled by August 31, 2025. Both the company and the subscriber are released from all obligations under the agreement.

The company's interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, showed group revenue of RMB 12.7 million, a year-on-year decline of 37.29%. Net profit stood at RMB 431,000, up 71.03% year-on-year, with earnings per share of RMB 0.001.
