华润医疗（股票代码：01515）于最新公告中披露，董事会已建议在即将召开的股东周年大会上提请批准一项股份购回授权，最高可回购不超过公司于会议通过授权当日已发行股本（不包括库存股）的10%。基于公司目前已发行1,296,676,516股股份，若保持不变，上限约为129,667,651股。
董事会表示，回购所需资金将依据开曼群岛相关法律和香港上市规则，从公司可作此用途的资金中合法支出。公司或将已回购的股份注销或将之作为库存股持有，并在必要时用作后续转让或作股权激励等用途。公告称，股份回购有助于维护股东利益，提升股东回报，董事会将于认为合适且对公司及股东均有利时执行。
过去12个月内，公司股份于联交所最高价为2025年7月的4.70港元，最低价为2026年5月的2.48港元。根据公告，股东周年大会订于2026年6月25日举行，届时亦将审议公司2025年末期股息每股人民币0.084元派付事宜。公司股票过户将于2026年6月22日至6月25日（含首尾两日）暂停办理，股东大会通过后，购回授权有效期至下届股东周年大会结束或被撤销或修订之日为止。
