公司方面表示，此举将有助于进一步提高股东回报，优化资本结构。根据公告，截至2026年5月25日该公司已发行的股份中，H股数量为359,609,496股(其中包含库存股份和已回购待注销的股份)。若股东大会审议通过，董事会可在授权期限内以不超过上述基数10%的限度实施购回。为确保股东大会顺利进行，公司计划于2026年6月11日至2026年6月16日暂停办理H股过户登记。公告显示，相关授权的生效尚需获得股东大会批准并办理有关部门的必要手续。公司管理层认为，这一举措符合公司及股东整体最佳利益。
