Dow Futures rose 0.05%, S&P 500 Futures fell 0.06%, Nasdaq Futures fell 0.25%, as sentiment leaned cautious with tech weakness and strength in towers.

SpaceX edged higher 1.33% in overnight trading. Bloomberg said it is negotiating access to at least 80,000 U.S. cell sites. Crown Castle jumped 7.29%; American Tower gained 3.68%; while Verizon fell 2.01%, AT&T fell 2.55%, T-Mobile US fell 3.65%.

Western Digital slid 7% in overnight trading. An earnings beat and solid outlook were overshadowed by doubts about AI-related storage demand. Its peers Seagate fell 3.32%, SanDisk fell 1.54%.

Bloom Energy fell 6.23% in overnight trading. Shares declined despite strong Q3 results and a higher 2026 outlook amid cash burn worries.

Moderna declined 3.27% in overnight trading. A melanoma vaccine data embargo breach with partner Merck pressured sentiment despite meeting efficacy targets.
