59岁的库里尔自2023年以来一直领导霍尼韦尔的航空业务，并在该公司工作近二十年。在此之前，他曾负责联合技术公司的火箭发动机项目。
前通用电气高管克雷格·阿诺德预计将担任公司董事长。65岁的阿诺德于2016年至今任职于动力管理公司伊顿（Eaton）。
阿诺德在通用电气任职期间，曾负责多个业务部门，通用电气曾是一个工业综合体，现已拆分为独立的行业公司。
霍尼韦尔（HON）在2月份设定了拆分计划，激进投资者艾略特投资管理公司在2024年通用电气三方拆分后，促使霍尼韦尔考虑如此举措，该拆分为股东带来了丰厚回报。
霍尼韦尔的航空业务去年创造了超过150亿美元的销售额，大约占整体公司收入的40%。该部门为波音等客户提供发动机、飞机零部件和驾驶舱设备。
霍尼韦尔在今年早些时候表示，预计将在2026年下半年完成航空部门的剥离。新的公司名为霍尼韦尔航空，基地位于凤凰城。霍尼韦尔的分拆公司Solstice Advanced Materials（SOLS）上个月在纳斯达克开始交易。
