璋利国际（01693）4月17日晚间发布盈利警告称，根据对截至2026年2月28日止六个月（“报告期”）的未审核运营数据初步评估，预计期内归属于公司股东的净亏损将约为24.4百万马来西亚林吉特（下同），较上年同期约7.0百万林吉特的净亏损大幅增加约17.4百万林吉特，亏损同比扩大约2.49倍。 \n\n公司将亏损加大的主要原因归结为以下四点： \n1. 项目额外违约赔偿金费用增加； \n2. 一项主要建筑及结构工程项目出现额外纠正费用及成本超支，导致毛利率下降； \n3. 其他收入减少，主要因存放于金融机构的资金规模下降，利息收入低于上年同期； \n4. 报告期未录得已终止经营业务的利润，而上年同期相关业务贡献约0.5百万林吉特利润。 \n\n公司表示，相关财务数据尚未经核数师审计，亦未获审计委员会审阅确认。正式的2026财年中期业绩预计将于2026年4月27日公布。 \n\n公司提醒投资者在买卖其证券时保持审慎。
