中国中煤能源股份有限公司（股票代码：01898，下称“中煤能源”）于2026年6月1日发布截至2026年5月31日止的股份变动月报表。报告显示，公司本月已发行股本结构保持不变。
根据月报，中煤能源A股已发行股份数量为9,152,000,400股，H股已发行股份数量为4,106,663,000股，两类股份的法定注册股本分别为人民币9,152,000,400元和人民币4,106,663,000元，总计人民币13,258,663,400元。与上月相比，A股与H股的已发行及注册股本均无增减变化，未发生任何新增发行或回购注销活动。
此外，公司当月并未披露任何与股份期权、股权激励、认股权证、可换股票据或其他股份发行相关的承诺或安排。中煤能源在月报中确认，其截至5月底已符合香港联交所相关上市规则所规定的最低公众持股量要求。
本次月报由公司秘书姜群代表董事会签署。公司表示，将继续严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及相关法律法规。
