APAC Realty (CLN) told investors that all nine resolutions were passed at its annual general meeting held on Apr, 23 2026.
Shareholders approved the directors’ statement and audited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, during which the group reported revenue of 675.6 million Singapore dollars and net profit attributable to owners of 20.5 million Singapore dollars.
The meeting cleared a one-tier tax-exempt final dividend of 1.80 Singapore cents per share, re-elected chairman Chua Khee Hak and independent director Chan Thiong Joo Edwin, and accepted the retirement of director Wong Hin Sun Eugene. Directors’ fees of 195,000 Singapore dollars for FY2025 were also endorsed.
Ernst & Young LLP was re-appointed auditor, and the board received authority under Section 161 to issue shares up to 50 per cent of issued capital, with a 20 per cent sub-limit for non-pro-rata issues. The share buy-back mandate was renewed, allowing purchases of up to 10 per cent of the company’s issued shares, and directors were empowered to allot shares under the APAC Realty Performance Share Plan within a 15 per cent overall cap.
Poll results showed support of at least 98.6 per cent on all special business resolutions, and 100 per cent approval for the dividend and financial statements. The meeting closed at 4:05 p.m. Singapore time.
