According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on March 16, a shareholder of KING'S STONE HOLDINGS GROUP (01943) transferred shares from Huitong Yongli Asia to Yuanku Securities. The value of the transferred shares was HK$52.779 million, representing a 7.02% stake. The company's financial results for the six months ended September 30, 2025, show that the group achieved revenue of HK$131 million, a year-on-year increase of 26.95%. However, it reported a loss of HK$17.738 million for the period, which narrowed by 71.64% compared to the same period last year. The basic loss per share was 1.8 HK cents.
