Biosino Bio-Technology and Science Incorporation issued a shareholder notification on 31 March 2026 confirming that its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report have been published.

The complete English and Chinese versions are accessible on both the company’s website (www.zhongsheng.com.cn) and the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk). Stakeholders are encouraged to review the electronic (website) versions as the preferred channel.

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the online documents—or who simply prefer hard copies—can obtain printed versions free of charge. To do so, they should complete the accompanying request form and return it to the H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or by emailing 8247-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders holding their shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited need to provide a functional email address to those intermediaries if they wish to receive electronic notifications of future corporate communications. Until a valid email is on record, such shareholders will receive only printed notices of publication.
