CHERISH SUN Moves Fiscal Year-End to 30 September, Sets 18-Month Reporting Period

CHERISH SUN (Cherish Sunshine International Limited) has resolved to shift its financial year-end from 31 March to 30 September. The forthcoming fiscal year will therefore cover an extended 18-month period from 1 April 2025 to 30 September 2026, after which the company will revert to a standard 12-month reporting cycle.

The Board highlighted two operational advantages from the change: 1. Reduced competition for external reporting resources during Hong Kong’s peak financial reporting season. 2. Elimination of scheduling pressure caused by variations in the timing of the Chinese New Year holiday.

Management stated that no material adverse impact on the Group’s financial position or operations is expected from the adjustment.

Revised reporting timetable: • Unaudited interim results for the 12 months ending 31 March 2026 will be released by 31 May 2026, with the corresponding interim report due by 30 June 2026. • Audited final results for the 18-month period ending 30 September 2026 will be announced by 31 December 2026, with the annual report to follow by 31 January 2027.

The Board currently comprises one executive director—Yang Hua (Joint Chairman and Chief Executive), one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.
