千百度国际控股有限公司（股票代码：01028）8月17日发布公告称，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审核综合管理账目及财务资料的初步评估，集团预计录得权益持有人应占纯利约人民币7百万元，而上年同期则录得约人民币1.42亿元的净亏损。集团预计在本期实现扭亏为盈。
本期由亏转盈主要源于两项因素： 1. 截至2025年6月30日止六个月因美丽华企业（南京）有限公司欠付贸易债务而作出的减值拨备在本期未有重现； 2. 集团强化并优化鞋履业务的内部组织架构，对持续表现不佳或亏损的店铺进行大幅调整，带动经营业绩整体提升。
公司提示，目前仍在落实截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩，相关数据未经核数师及审核委员会审阅，最终结果可能有所调整。正式中期业绩预计将于2026年8月底前公布。
