Xinte Energy (1799) Proposes Revised Annual Cap for Continuing Connected Transaction with TBEA

Bulletin Express
Nov 11

Xinte Energy Co., Ltd. (1799) announced on 11 November 2025 a plan to revise its 2025 annual transaction cap under an existing miscellaneous services framework agreement with TBEA. The proposed annual cap will increase from RMB450 million to RMB600 million.

According to the circular, the move corresponds to adjustments in the construction schedule for Xinte Energy’s 3GW New Energy Projects in Zhundong, involving a shift in focus from photovoltaic installments to accelerating the 2GW wind power project. As a result, the anticipated transaction amount for substation and booster station construction by TBEA Group is expected to exceed previous estimates.

All other terms in the existing agreement remain unchanged. Xinte Energy emphasized that the revised figures were determined by ongoing building progress, the estimated construction costs, and the inclusion of an approximate 10% to 15% buffer.
