兖矿能源(01171)于2026年6月26日举行2025年度股东会，会上通过了2025年度利润分配方案，批准派发末期股息。
根据决议，公司将以记录日期的股份数为基数，向股东派发2025年度末期股息每股人民币0.32元（含税）。A股股息将以人民币支付，H股股息将以港币支付。根据公告，于末期股息宣派前5个工作日中国人民银行公布的人民币兑港币基准价平均值（人民币0.8697元=1.00港币）计算，H股末期股息为每股港币0.3679元（含税）。
为确定享有末期股息的H股股东身份，公司将于2026年7月3日至7月9日（含首尾两日）暂停办理H股股份过户登记手续，记录日期为2026年7月9日。H股股东的末期股息预计将由付款代理人于2026年7月28日或之前支付。
公司同时就代扣代缴所得税事项作出安排。对于H股个人股东，公司将根据其居民身份及所在国家或地区与中国签订的税收协议，按10%至20%不等的税率代扣代缴个人所得税。对于通过港股通投资的内地个人投资者，将按20%的税率代扣个人所得税；内地企业投资者则不代扣，税款由企业自行申报缴纳。
