中国淀粉控股有限公司（股票代码：03838）于2026年9月28日公告称，已于当日在香港联交所场内回购800万股普通股，占回购前公司已发行股本的约0.1407%。本次回购每股价格介乎港币0.178至0.18港元，总计耗资约143.05万港元。
据公告介绍，本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本由原先的56.86亿股减少至56.78亿股，同时库藏股增加至1.32415亿股，合并计算后公司总已发行股本规模仍为58.10亿股。公司回购授权于2026年5月12日获得通过，授权可回购股份总数为5.96449204亿股。截至目前，公司已根据该授权累计回购2.62515亿股，占授权通过时公司已发行股本约4.4013%。本次回购完成后，在任何一次回购后30天内，公司将暂停发行新股或出售、转让库藏股至2026年10月28日。公司同时表示，本次回购行为遵守香港联合交易所相关上市规则及适用法律法规。
